High 5 Fitness Training (H5FT) is a personal training service created in 2010 by Matt Leuchte, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Functional Training (FT) and Orthopedic Exercise (OE) Specialist.

 

Matt gained comprehensive knowledge of health and exercise through UMass Boston, where he earned his Bachelor's in Exercise Science. Matt has a genuine care and concern for the well-being of others.

 

"I love working with people. I want to motivate everybody to be the best possible person that they can be. Without good health, we really don't have anything. To give somebody that inspiration and the know-how to help themselves out is the best reward that I can ask for."

PRIVATE FITNESS SESSIONS

Each session is customized to meet your individual needs and goals. Training in home, outdoors or at your gym. 60-minute, 50-minute and 30-minute sessions available.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS SESSSIONS

Bring a friend (or two!) and train together in your home, outdoors or at your gym. 60-minute, 50-minute and 30-minute sessions available.

H5FT offers a variety of services to help you make healthier lifestyle choices, including strategies to make better food decisions, meal preparation, social support to keep you on track with your goals, and daily accountability check-ins.
